(Our established games average over 21 players per week).  Sign-ups begin 30 minutes prior to game time, which allows your customers/the players time to eat and order their first and second drinks.  Our games start on time and run until the last player standing.  This puts customers in your establishment for 2.5-3.5 hours each tournament!
